Ex-goalkeeper of the Russian national team will accept Kazakhstan citizenship – Football

Russian goalkeeper of the capital “Zhenisa” Miroslav Lobantsev is close to changing citizenship, Sports.kz reports with reference to Meta-ratings.kz.
The 29-year-old goalkeeper played five full seasons in the KPL, so he has the right to take Kazakhstan citizenship.
In 2020, the graduate of Lokomotiv Moscow moved to Kyzylzhar, which he helped get into European competition. He also played for Aktobe, Elimay and Zhenis. In total, in the 2024 season he played 10 matches and missed 13 goals.
In 2013, Lobantsev was part of the expanded squad of the Russian national team, but did not have time to make his debut in its composition.
