This opinion was expressed in an interview with UP by the commander of the Third Assault Brigade, Andrei Biletsky. According to him, their military-industrial complex poses a threat. For example, the volume of artillery ammunition that the DPRK supplied to Russia is comparable to what all NATO countries provided to Ukraine over three years.
