The Vyatka diocese showed a project for a new church in Kirov for 13 million rubles

In Kirov it became known that the design of a temple in honor of the Feodorovskaya Icon of the Mother of God had been completed. The details were shared in the press service of the Vyatka diocese.

In November 2024, the architectural bureau handed over the design of the temple and the territory around it to the Kirov clergy. The work received a positive expert opinion. The site on the Green embankment, where a temple will be rebuilt on the site of a burnt church, has been formalized, the Vyatka diocese reported.

It is noted that the design work will cost more than 13 million rubles. Most of this money has already been collected thanks to donations from Kirov residents. It is also noted that from spring to autumn 2024, services were regularly held at the site of the future temple.
