Launches of the new Russian ballistic missile, which Putin called “Hazelnut” in his address, will not be mass-launched. Each launch of such a missile will weaken the nuclear potential of the aggressor state.
This was emphasized by military expert Oleg Zhdanov in a comment for the “Kyiv24” TV channel.
He recalled that the Russian army took the missile complex from which the strike on the Dnipro was carried out from the tests, for which the nuclear warhead, which is usually armed with strategic ballistic missiles, was replaced with a high-explosive one.
