The Cabinet of Ministers introduced new reservation rules: details — Ukraine

The Cabinet of Ministers has changed approaches to the reservation of workers from mobilization.

From December 1, all bookings of workers from mobilization will be made through “Diya”, and the criteria for the criticality of the enterprise will be agreed by the Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of Economy.

According to the Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal, the results of the conducted audit revealed a number of problematic points. He noted that the violations found in the government related to enterprise criticality criteria, which were abused by business. In order to be eligible for a reservation, it was necessary to meet at least three of the eight criteria:

• the total amount of paid taxes and VAT during the reporting year exceeds the equivalent of 1.5 million euros.
• the amount of foreign currency receipts from exports for the reporting year exceeds the equivalent of 32 million…
