A missile strike on an intercontinental ballistic missile is another terrorist signal from Putin to the world. If you watch the video of the attack, you can see that the missile blocks had mock-up nuclear charges. And, given that after their fall there was a short-term fire on the ground that quickly died out, it can be said with one hundred percent probability that the attack on the Dnieper did not have any military goals – only political ones.

If we talk directly about the missile, at first it was said that the Russians could strike with the Rubezh missile. The Russian dictator later said that the strike was carried out by the latest Russian Oreshnik missile.
