How to improve the management system in the Armed Forces: Kovalenko pointed out the advantages and disadvantages

Recently, Ukraine has been actively discussing the introduction of a divisional management system (DMS) in the Armed Forces. Such a system should increase the effectiveness of the Defense Forces of Ukraine in countering the ever-increasing number of Russian occupation forces.

He reminded that in February 2022, the number of Russian troops that invaded Ukraine was 180,000.
