Electronic VLK — Chernogorenko explained how it will work — Ukraine
It is expected that the electronic VLK will start working next year.
During the Ukrainian Outsourcing Summit, Deputy Minister of Defense for Digitalization Kateryna Chernogorenko announced the implementation next year of data exchange between the “Oberig” register and the electronic health care system (EHS). According to her, it will actually be an electronic VLK.

Chernogorenko explained that the electronic VLK will provide for a specific algorithm of actions:
- the conscript will undergo an annual medical examination at his health care facility;
- the results of the screening will be certified by the family doctor with his digital signature, and they will be stored in the EHOZ;
- in the absence of chronic diseases and complaints about well-being, a mark of suitability appears in the system, in case of complaints or suspicions of the presence of pathology of a conscript…
