GUR confirmed that the Russian Federation really has such a plan — Politics

According to the GUR, this document was prepared by the Ministry of Defense and the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation about a year ago.

Russia does have a long-term plan to divide Ukrainian territory into three parts.

This was stated by the deputy head of the State Administration of Ukraine, Vadym Skibitsky, for “Interfax-Ukraine”, commenting on the so-called “map” of the division of Ukraine, which caused a stir on the Internet.

In the Russian Federation, this plan was prepared with a forecast of the development of the military and political situation in the world until 2045.

“First of all, the GUR of the Ministry of Defense is familiar with this document. I will say more, this document was prepared by the Ministry of Defense and the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation around December last year. The specified document forms the basis of prospective defense planning for a certain period of time – at least 10 years.
