Acceptance of applications for assistance will begin in early December.
One-time state assistance “Winter is Support” in the amount of 1 thousand hryvnias, which has already been nicknamed “Zelensky's thousand” among the people, will be provided to Ukrainians who are on the territory of our state, including children.

The program will run from December 2024 to February 2025.
Who can get help?
Acceptance of applications for assistance will begin in early December. The system will check information about the stay of aid recipients in Ukraine. Payment is intended not only for adults, but also for children. One of the parents will be able to order a payment to his account for each of his children through “Diya”. It will be possible to spend money until the end of 2025.
