Companies that received critical status by November 22 will retain it until February 28, 2025. The status can be canceled for certain reasons.
Enterprises that want to reserve an employee from mobilization must now pay him a salary of UAH 20,000.
A number of ministries and regional authorities must establish criteria according to which a certain company will receive the status of critical importance for the economy of the state, region, community, and industry.
