In many areas, rain, strong winds and icy roads are expected on November 23.
On November 23, an increased alert level was declared throughout Ukraine due to severe weather conditions. This is evidenced by data from the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center.
“On November 23, there will be significant rain in the Kirovograd, Poltava, Dnepropetrovsk, Kherson, Kharkov, Donetsk and Zaporozhye regions,” forecasters warn.
At the same time, wind gusts of 17-22 m/s are expected in the southern, eastern, most central and Sumy regions.
Also in the western, most northern, Vinnytsia and Cherkasy regions there is icy conditions on the roads.
