Deferment from mobilization – The Cabinet of Ministers has set a deadline for deferments issued by the Ministry of Economy and through Diyu – UNIAN
Deferments are valid for the period for which they are granted, but not longer than until February 28, 2025.
The Cabinet of Ministers adopted a resolution according to which deferments from mobilization, which were previously issued through “Diya” or the Ministry of Economy, are valid for the period for which they were granted, but no longer than until February 28, 2025.
“Delays from conscription for military service upon mobilization, which were granted to those liable for military service by decisions of the Ministry of Economy before the entry into force of this resolution, are valid for the period for which they were granted, but no longer than until February 28, 2025,” says the statement published on government portal resolution No. 1332 of November 22.
