Preparing for a full-scale war – Kuleba spoke about Ukraine’s readiness for the start of a conflict – UNIAN
According to the former head of the Foreign Ministry, Ukraine’s partners did not provide complete information regarding the possible outbreak of a full-scale war.
The main problem of communication with Ukraine’s partners from September 2021 to February 2022 was that some said that a war would start, others said that there would be no full-scale hostilities. This was stated by former Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmitry Kuleba in an interview with Channel 24.
According to him, those who said there would be a war did not provide any details about the scale and on what basis they made such a conclusion.
