Polish farmers began to block the Medica-Szehyny checkpoint


The restrictions will not apply to cars and buses.

Today, November 24, several dozen Polish farmers started a protest, blocking the checkpoint “Medyka – Shegyny”.

According to preliminary information, the promotion will last 48 hours with a possible extension.
There is no accumulation of trucks in front of the checkpoint for departure from Ukraine, while about 150 trucks are waiting to enter Ukraine.

The entry of vehicles weighing more than 3.5 tons into Poland is temporarily prohibited, and one truck per hour is allowed to leave Poland. Restrictions do not apply to passenger cars and buses.
