They added that video recording during notification and verification of documents of those liable for military service by TCC employees occurs continuously.
If a person liable for military service refuses to receive a summons, then this fact is recorded by representatives of the TCC, drawing up a corresponding act.
This clarification was provided by the Chernigov regional TCC and SP. They noted that if a reservist or a person liable for military service refuses a summons during notification activities carried out by representatives of the TCC, an act of refusal to receive the summons is drawn up, which is signed by at least two representatives of the notification group.
