In Kirov and the region's districts, inspectors intensified mass checks of drivers

On the roads of Kirov and the regions of the region, employees of the State Traffic Inspectorate organize continuous checks of motorists for intoxication. The department's press service traditionally warned about this.

According to the traffic police, an active search for drunk drivers will be organized from November 8 to 10. The checks are carried out with the assistance of volunteers and civil activists from the Night Patrol organization. Concerned residents and guests of the city and region are asked to report drunk drivers to law enforcement officers.

The State Traffic Inspectorate once again warns that driving while intoxicated is unacceptable. For the first violation, the offender is given a fine of 30 thousand rubles, as well as deprivation of rights for a period of one and a half to two years. Repeated offenses result in criminal penalties…
