Russian fighter, UFC lightweight champion Islam Makhachev reacted to the victory of his compatriot Petr Yan at the UFC tournament in Macau (China), Sports.kz reports with reference to Sport24.ru.
Today, November 23, Yan defeated Brazilian Deiveson Figueredo by unanimous decision.
Makhachev published a photo from the last fight and wrote just one word: “Top,” adding an “up” arrow, signifying Yan’s rise to the top of the bantamweight division.
Petr Yan won his 18th victory in 23 fights in mixed martial arts. Deiveson Figueredo suffered his 4th defeat in 29 fights.
