President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy made a statement about pensions. He assured that there are funds for their payments in Ukraine. He said this on November 19 during a speech in the Verkhovna Rada. Zelenskyi said that Ukraine has money for all social benefits.
According to the Ministry of Social Policy, the amount of the largest pension in Ukraine is 390 thousand 184 hryvnias per month. In addition, 4,900 Ukrainians receive pensions of over UAH 50,000. The average pension of an “ordinary” pensioner is UAH 5,635.
