The Korea Open international wrestling tournament ended in Sangju (South Korea), with Kazakh athletes winning six medals, Sports.kz reports with reference to Olympic.kz.
Elmira Syzdykova finished the competition with gold. She became the best in the weight category up to 76 kilograms.
In Greco-Roman wrestling, Aibek Aitbekov (up to 60 kg) and Dias Seitkaliev (up to 77 kg) reached the finals. However, they lost in the decisive battles, winning silver.
The third places were Maksat Sailau, Temirlan Turdakin (both in weight up to 87 kg), Nurasyl Amanaly (up to 97 kg).
