In the Kirov region, the prosecutor's office obtained compensation for a child injured by a dog. The details of the incident were provided by the supervisory authority.

At the end of September in the village of Nema, a five-year-old girl was walking near house No. 11 on Zavodskaya Street. Suddenly a dog ran up to her and bit her on the face. The child received a bite wound to his lip and experienced stress.

The case went to court. He admitted that the child suffered shock and injuries due to the inaction of the dog's owner. The prosecutor's office filed a lawsuit demanding compensation for the child. The court considered the demand legal and collected 70 thousand rubles from the owner of the animal in favor of the girl.
