Representatives Kazakhstan national team in badminton became the winners of the tournament Bahrain International Series II 2024 in Bahrain, Sports.kz reports with reference to Olympic.kz.
Success was achieved by Dmitry Panarin and Aisha Zhumabek, who became the best in the competition among mixed pairs.
In the final, Panarin and Zhumabek beat the Indian duo Kona Tarun/Sri Krishna Priya Kudaravalli. The match ended with a score of 2:1 (18-21, 21-18, 21-15).
Let us note that at this tournament Dmitry Panarin played in singles and won a bronze medal.
