About three hundred billion dollars of frozen Russian assets can be given to Ukraine for weapons and for victory over the Russian Federation. This opinion was expressed by Member of the European Parliament Nathalie Loiseau in an interview with Ukrinform.
She noted that this amount can also be credited as reparations to Russia if it refuses to pay Ukraine.
“It should be noted that from a legal point of view, this is a legal decision, a countermeasure in response to a clear act of aggression. From a financial point of view, there are several options for implementing this measure,” Loiseau shared.
