Mushroom puree soup – a recipe from the chef that will turn out without problems – UNIAN

A wonderful aromatic homemade soup will warm you up even on the coldest evening. Jamie Oliver suggests making this delicious dish with mushrooms. He says it's an “extremely simple” recipe with “intense” flavor.

“I love the intense earthy flavors of this smooth cream of mushroom soup – it's a classic,” he wrote.

Jamie notes that this soup can even be frozen in batches so you always have a ready-made meal on hand. For six servings of soup you will need:

  • mushrooms – 600 g;
  • onion – 1 pc;
  • celery – 2 sticks;
  • garlic – 3 cloves;
  • parsley – several sprigs;
  • thyme – several sprigs;
  • olive oil;
  • chicken or vegetable broth – 1.5 l;
  • cream – 75 ml;
  • ciabatta – 6 slices.

Peel the mushrooms and chop finely. Also chop the onion, herbs and garlic.
