As noted, the 44-year-old man from Kharkiv was on his way to Hungary by bus through the Tisza checkpoint. For control, together with the passport document, he provided two photocopies of the children's birth certificates issued by the state authorities of Ukraine and a photocopy of the certificate issued on the territory of Moldova.
