The scandal surrounding defective mines for the Armed Forces – what is known – Weapons

In Ukraine, a scandal arose over 120-millimeter ammunition, which does not explode and does not reach enemy positions. The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has been actively investigating the causes of the accidental detonation of mines for three weeks, and the State Bureau of Investigation has initiated criminal proceedings.

The military complains that every tenth mine on the front is defective. Official comments about this incident are almost not provided by the relevant authorities, in particular, the number of defective ammunition is unknown.
