The case of appealing the nationalization of Privatbank is not resolved, the issue is open,

On November 26, 2024, the Economic Court of Cassation as part of the Supreme Court closed the proceedings in the case of Igor Kolomoisky’s claim against JSC CB Privatbank to invalidate the purchase and sale agreement of bank shares for 1 hryvnia, concluded against the will of the real shareholders of the bank.
Alexander Lysak, Igor Kolomoisky’s lawyer, commented on the court’s decision and called it unfair.
