Kirov deputies made a decision on the issue of privatization of municipal property. The fate of the House of Charushin was discussed at a meeting of the City Duma.
On Wednesday, November 27, the Kirov people's representatives decided to include the cultural heritage site House of Architect Ivan Charushin, which is located on Pyatnitskaya Street, 15, into the privatization program. The building is in disrepair and no one lives in it.
It was decided to put the property up for auction at a minimum price of 1 ruble. The owner will be determined by the auction. The new owner of the Charushin House will be obliged to reconstruct the historical building in accordance with the obligations under the contract.
Earlier we wrote that the Kirov city authorities wanted to privatize the Charushin House with a plot of land for 1 ruble.
