University rectors will face the same triggers as MSEC

The rectors of certain Ukrainian universities accept such a number of students that the existing classrooms cannot physically accommodate them. According to Verkhovna Rada deputy Ruslan Gorbenko, this is being done so that men can avoid mobilization.
