“There is no point in hearing calls for Ukraine to lower the mobilization age, supposedly in order to conscript more people, when we see that previously announced equipment is not arriving on time. Because of these delays, Ukraine does not have enough weapons to equip already mobilized soldiers,” – he wrote on social network X.
