Due to delays in the delivery of military aid from Western partners, Ukraine does not have enough weapons to supply the already mobilized soldiers. This is how Dmitry Lytvyn, adviser to Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky, commented on calls to lower the mobilization age.
“There is no point in hearing calls for Ukraine to lower the mobilization age, supposedly in order to conscript more people, when we see that previously announced equipment is not arriving on time. Because of these delays, Ukraine does not have enough weapons to equip already mobilized soldiers,” – he wrote on social network X.
