The administration of US President Joe Biden is preparing a new arms package for Ukraine worth $725 million. Reuters writes about this with reference to a statement by two American officials.
The Biden administration plans to provide a variety of weapons from the U.S. stockpile, according to a person familiar with the plan. This includes anti-personnel mines, drones, Stinger missiles and ammunition for the HIMARS high-mobility artillery missile systems. The package is also expected to include cluster munitions.
