Permanent representative of Ukraine at the UN Serhiy Kyslytsia said that sooner or later the leadership of the DPRK will be on trial, and the North Korean people will be free.
In this way, he responded to North Korea's ambassador Kim Sung, who accused Western countries of “starting wars in Ukraine and the Middle East”, reports Ukrinform.
