Presidential Administration USA Joe Biden is preparing a new aid package for Ukraine in the amount of $725 million.
It informs Reuters citing own sources.
The newspaper writes that the US president is trying to strengthen the position of Ukraine as much as possible before he leaves his post.
The publication's sources report that the new package will include anti-tank weapons to deter the Russian offensive.
In addition, the package will include anti-personnel mines, drones, Stinger missiles, ammunition for HIMARS systems, cluster ammunition that can be used in GMLRS missiles.
An official announcement on the new arms package for Ukraine is expected next Monday, but the size and content of the aid package may change by then.
