Massive attack: there was an explosion in Khmelnytskyi

In connection with the air alarm, Khmelnitskoblenergo applied emergency power outages.
Earlier it became known that there were explosions in the region.
It will be recalled that the Russians launched seven Tu-95MS strategic bombers into the air at once. Explosions were heard in Odesa, Kropyvnytskyi, Kharkiv, Lutsk and Rivne.
As reported by the Naval Forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, there are 14 enemy ships in the Black Sea as of 6 am on November 28, of which 4 are carriers of Kalibr cruise missiles, with a total salvo of up to 22 missiles.
