Emergency power outages have been introduced in Ukraine, which is associated with another massive Russian strike on Ukraine, said Ukrainian Energy Minister German Galushchenko.
“Attacks on energy facilities are occurring throughout Ukraine. As soon as the security situation allows, the consequences will be clarified. Follow official messages and stay in shelters,” he wrote in a post on Facebook.
