As a result of the Russian missile attack on November 28, several hits were recorded in Lutsk. There is a power outage.

The mayor of Lutsk, Ihor Polishchuk, announced this.

He emphasizes that it is impossible to divulge exactly where the enemy aimed before the repulse. It is also known that:

• electric transport is currently not working, they are trying to respond to the situation with the maximum number of buses;
• critical infrastructure is connected to alternative energy sources;
• schoolchildren studying in the first shift will switch to distance learning;
• open points of invincibility.

As of now, fortunately, there is no information about the victims.
