As cardiologist Ekaterina Bychina said, an increased level of vitamin K in the body helps block the action of blood-thinning drugs, in particular warfarin. In other words, their effect weakens.
According to the doctor, foods high in vitamin K include green vegetables and fruits. The specialist named eight popular ones:

– spinach,
– broccoli,
– Brussels sprouts,
– white cabbage,
– lettuce leaves,
– green apples,
– cucumbers.
