People's Artist of Ukraine Sofia Rotaru, who recently signed over her three-room apartment in Moscow to her son, wanted to sell it to a famous Putinist.
As Russian media write, the artist’s housing, which was given to her by ex-mayor of Moscow Yuri Luzhkov, is now empty. Rotaru has long wanted to get rid of it, and while she was looking for buyers, she gave the keys to one fan.
“Sofia first handed over the keys to the Moscow real estate to her wealthy fan so that she would look after the apartment. However, the fan began to organize noisy parties in her apartment. Complaints to the police poured in to Rotaru’s apartment. After that, Rotaru, through her assistants, evicted her,” the music producer told RosSMI Alina Sangina.
