The duration of power outages may increase to 8 hours — Ukraine
In more affected regions, power may be out for longer.
On the morning of November 28, the Russian occupiers carried out a massive attack on the energy infrastructure of Ukraine, which may lead to an increase in the duration of power outages up to 6-8 hours a day.
This was reported by an expert of the Institute of Energy Strategies Yuriy Korolchuk on the air of “Noviny Live”.
He noted that before that, the average duration of planned outages was 3-4 hours per day.
“From now on, there will be up to 6-8 or more of them (outages – ed.), depending on the regions that were hit the hardest, for example, Lviv, Zhytomyr, and Vinnytsia regions,” says Korolchuk.
