The first factor that will affect prices is the introduction of an advance payment on gas station profits.
“Each gas station must pay 60 thousand UAH per month in profit tax, it doesn’t matter whether there is this profit or not. The law has been signed, we are expecting it soon,” Leushkin noted.
According to him, this will add about 1 hryvnia per liter to the cost of fuel, but will only apply to discounters – gas stations with low prices.
