Help for Ukraine – an important agreement was signed with the EU – UNIAN
The new assistance will ensure macroeconomic stability in Ukraine.
Ukraine and the European Union signed a memorandum of understanding regarding the provision of macro-financial assistance worth 18.1 billion euros using frozen Russian assets.
As Vice-President of the European Commission Valdis Dombrovskis said on the social network Facebook, this guarantees that Russia will directly pay for the losses it caused through its brutal war.
