The Ukrainian Armed Forces destroyed the Russian 64N6 radar, also known as Tombstone. This was most likely done using ATACMS missiles.
This was reported by Army Recognition. It is noted that this radar is a surveillance tool and “the cornerstone of the Russian air defense network.” The 64N6 is designed to detect, track and control airborne threats over vast distances.
