The mother left the baby in the Window of Life, but then returned it

A poignant story took place in Lviv, which has an unexpected but happy ending.

Maria Malachynska, director of the Lviv Regional Clinical Perinatal Center, wrote about her on her social media page.

According to Ms. Maria, everything started back in May of this year, but new events and completion happened only now.

“On the evening of the first of May, the alarm went off in the “Window of Life” (a specially equipped space for children who are abandoned by their parents — Ed.). Our workers, following all protocols, opened the window and saw the baby there. After a medical examination, doctors determined that the thrown boy approximately two months and that the child is healthy,” wrote Maria Malachynska.
