According to federal law, for persons who have reached the age of 80, the pension automatically increases. The fixed surcharge doubles, reaching 16,000 rubles per month. However, this measure applies only to recipients of old-age insurance pensions.

In some regions, for example, in the Leningrad region and St. Petersburg, annual bonuses are provided for pensioners. The payment amount is 15,000 rubles for the 90th anniversary, 20,000 for the 95th anniversary and 25,000 for the 100th anniversary.
