Apartments intended for those in need of housing are empty in Kirov on November 29

The city authorities discussed with representatives of relevant departments the issue of using municipal housing. The details were shared by the press service of the mayor's office.

The head of the city, Elena Kovaleva, said that Kirov has empty housing stock at its disposal. The mayor believes that these apartments, in which no one lives, should be provided to workers who want to find work in Kirov, for example, teachers.

The housing department reminded that some of the empty apartments require renovation. Participants in the working group meeting agreed that housing should be put in order as soon as possible and the premises should be distributed among those in need. Funds for repairs will be allocated from next year's city budget.
