The buyer is offered not only a two-story non-residential building with an area of 50 square meters, but also a plot of land of 7 acres. For all this, the seller wants to earn 8.5 million rubles.
The unknown author of the ad emphasizes that this is an “exclusive offer.” The facility is located in an area with enormous traffic in the form of tens of thousands of cars passing by every day. Therefore, the building can be considered as a platform for the implementation of a business idea.
