As early as the weekend, a significant part of Ukraine should go on a shorter term blackouts, which became tougher due to the strike of the Russian Federation on November 28.
Oleksandr Kharchenko, director of the Energy Research Center, stated this on the air of “KYIV24”.
The expert believes that in most areas by the weekend, the outages will become milder and will consist of two queues. According to Kharchenko, relevant restoration works are currently actively underway.
“Now the work continues. It continues quite intensively. I think that by the weekend the schedule will become softer than today or yesterday… I think that with the normal development of events, we should have two shifts in most of Ukraine,” said Kharchenko .
