Federal media reported on the visit of the governor of the Kirov region to the Kremlin. The words of Dmitry Peskov, press secretary of the President of the Russian Federation, are quoted by TASS.

An official representative of the Kremlin shared that Vladimir Putin held a personal meeting in person with the head of the Kirov region, Alexander Sokolov. The governor's trip to Moscow took place on Friday, November 29.

It is known that Alexander Sokolov’s conversation with the president was the first since August 2022. Then the head of the region worked with the prefix of an interim position. However, the official regularly attends State Council meetings chaired by the president.
