This week, prices for fresh tomatoes in Ukraine have increased significantly. The obvious reason for the price increase is the end of the season and a decrease in the supply of greenhouse vegetables from Ukrainian farmers, since most of them have already announced the end of the tomato harvest.

“Yes, today tomatoes go on sale at UAH 80-90/kg ($1.92-2.16/kg), which is on average 13% more expensive than at the end of last week.
