Endocrinologist Zukhra Pavlova spoke on her Telegram channel about the required amount of fluid that should be consumed daily, Sports.kz reports.

“Urologists and doctors of other specialties compared 18 studies on water consumption. In most scientific studies, drinking plenty of water (1.5-2 liters of water or about eight glasses a day) led to positive results: weight loss (largely because people often confuse hunger and thirst); reducing the likelihood of recurrent kidney stones; reducing the intensity of migraine attacks; preventing urinary tract infections; keeping diabetes under control; normalization of hypotension.
